Returns & Exchanges

Introduction

Fyne Skincare is committed to customer satisfaction. This Returns & Exchanges Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging products purchased from our website or authorized retailers.

Return Eligibility

Time Frame: Customers may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Product Condition: All returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original, sealed packaging

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

Initiation: To initiate a return, customers must contact our Customer Service department at support@fyneskincare.com

Authorization: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided upon approval of the return request.

Packaging: Customers are responsible for securely packaging the return items to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Fyne Skincare error.

Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Restocking Fee: A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds, except in cases where the return is due to a Fyne Skin Care error.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Eligibility: Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns (see Return Eligibility).

Process: To request an exchange, follow the return process outlined above and specify the desired replacement item.

Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Price Differences: If the exchanged item is of higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference. If the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded, less the $10 restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspection: Customers should inspect all items upon delivery.

Reporting: Any damages or errors must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.

Resolution: Fyne Skincare will replace damaged or incorrect items at no additional cost to the customer.

Gift Returns

Gift recipients may return items for store credit or exchange without the original proof of purchase.

The $10 restocking fee applies to gift returns.
