Everything you need to know before ordering — and what happens if Fyne isn't right for you. Free US shipping on every order. 30-day satisfaction guarantee, even on opened devices.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your order leaves our warehouse.

We process orders quickly to get Fyne to you fast, which means we can't guarantee changes once fulfillment has started. If you need to make a change, email support@fyneskincare.com immediately after placing your order with your order number, and we'll do our best to catch it in time.

If your order has already shipped, you can still return it under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Contact us at support@fyneskincare.com with your order number and the correct address as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it.

If the package has already left our warehouse and is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for the reshipping cost. We always recommend double-checking your address at checkout.

We may cancel an order if a product is unexpectedly out of stock, if we detect a billing or address issue, or if our system flags potential fraud. In every case, you'll receive an email explaining what happened and confirming that your refund has been issued.

If you didn't receive an explanation or think your order was canceled by mistake, reach out to support@fyneskincare.com and we'll sort it out.

US: Shipping is free on every US order — no minimum.

International: We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Weather, customs, and peak-season volume can affect delivery times.

We ship to most countries worldwide. The full list of available destinations and their shipping rates will appear at checkout once you enter your address. If your country doesn't appear, email us at support@fyneskincare.com and we'll let you know if we can arrange delivery.

Possibly. For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country are not included in the price or shipping cost at checkout, and are the responsibility of the customer.

These fees vary by country and are usually collected by the carrier on delivery. We recommend checking your country's customs rules if you're unsure.

This happens occasionally with carriers. Try these steps first:

  • Check with neighbors, building managers, and any safe drop-off spots
  • Look around the property — side doors, garages, behind plants
  • Wait 24 hours — packages marked delivered sometimes arrive the next day

If it still hasn't turned up, email support@fyneskincare.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

We're sorry — let's fix it quickly. Email support@fyneskincare.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or defect
  • A photo of the outer packaging if the box itself was damaged

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. Defective-product claims are not limited to our 30-day satisfaction window.

Try Fyne risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied for any reason, send the device back within 30 days of your original purchase date for a full refund of the product price — even if you've opened and used it.

To start a return, email support@fyneskincare.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Returns sent without a Return Authorization Number may not be refunded.

Yes. That's the whole point of the 30-day guarantee — we want you to actually use Fyne, give it a fair try on your routine, and only commit if it works for you.

For hygiene and safety reasons, returned devices are responsibly disposed of after inspection. They are not resold to other customers.

For standard returns under the satisfaction guarantee, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we can't be responsible for return packages that get lost on their way back to us.

For damaged or defective products reported within 7 days of delivery, we cover the return shipping cost.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it can take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to show up on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A few things can't be returned:

  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Final-sale items
  • Opened replacement device heads, cartridges, or serums (for hygiene reasons) — unless they arrived defective

Everything else, including the Fyne device itself, is covered by the 30-day satisfaction guarantee whether you've used it or not.

Yes. The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to international orders too. Email support@fyneskincare.com within 30 days of your original purchase date to start the return.

International return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a trackable service. Original shipping charges and any customs fees you paid are non-refundable.
