Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way. You can also find this link in your order confirmation email. Can’t locate it? Email support@fyneskincare.com with your order number and we’ll send it right over.

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately after placing your order.

While we cannot guarantee modifications once fulfillment begins, we will always do our best to assist you.

Email support@fyneskincare.com with your order number and the reason for your refund. We offer a 90-day return policy — even on opened or used products, because we want you to feel completely confident trying Fyne. Once we receive your return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders are occasionally canceled automatically due to a payment authorization issue or a flag during fraud screening. If this happened to you, no charge was completed. Reach out to support@fyneskincare.com and we’ll help you place the order again.

Shipping is completely free — no minimums, and no surprise charges at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

First, check around your delivery area and with neighbors, and allow up to 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early. If it still hasn’t arrived, email support@fyneskincare.com with your order number and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier right away.

We’re so sorry — that’s not the experience we want for you. Email support@fyneskincare.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
