We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. You acknowledge that the Fyne device is not a medical device, does not replace professional dermatological or medical care, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. You agree not to use the device in any manner inconsistent with its instructions or in any circumstance where its use is contraindicated as described in our Disclaimer.

 

7. Intellectual Property
